According to different working environment and dustparticles of different properties, our company specially provides different types of filter elements for you to ensure the filteringefficiency and safety of the dust collector. During operation, the air to be treated by the dust removal fan is firstly started to enterfrom the air inlet ofthe dust collector Through the filter element, the dust particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filterelement. The filtered air enters the clean air chamber and is discharged bythe fan through the air outlet. Dust particles fallon theouter surtace ofthe filter element. which wil increase the air resistance or the filter element and reduce the working eticiency oithe dust collector. Therefore, it is necessary to start the automatic ash cleaning procedure f the filter element seqguentialcirculation. After the start ofthe dust removal program,the microcomputer program controller activates the electron magnetivalve in a fixed time seduence to drive the coresponding enlosive gas diaphragm valve to pen. release the compressed airpulse, blow back the filter element from the inside to the outside, blow the dust off the surface of the filter element and drop itinto the dust retainer, thus ensuring the best working performance of the dust collector.
