JZ series three-phase asynchronous motor is a new generation of Y series motor. It is a general purpose gold enclosed self fan cooling squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. Its power level and installation dimensions conform to IEC standards and German IN42673 standards. Its overall performance reaches the advanced level of similar products abroad. It is characterized by high efficiency (equivalent to the eff2 level of European energy consumption standards), low noise, low vibration, high reliability, beautiful appearance, convenient use and maintenance. It is suitable for electric driving of machine tools, water pumps, fans, compressors and other equipment, as well as for conveying, mixing, printing Textile, food and other occasions that do not contain flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
JZ series motors adopt class F insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to class B (except that all specifications of 315L-2.4355 are assessed according to class F), and the enclosure protection grade is IP54. IP55 can also be used according to user requirements.
Operating conditions of motor:
Service conditions: when the altitude does not exceed 1000m, the ambient temperature does not exceed 40C, the power voltage deviation does not exceed ± 5% of the rated value, and the power frequency does not exceed ± 1% of the rated value, the motor can operate continuously at the rated power.
