After the order is confirmed, we will prepare a contract with detailed information which we’ve been discussed, during the production line, we will keep updating the progress by pictures and videos, the goods have its unique series numbers, you can track them.

Our payment terms is 30% deposit T/T before production, 70% balance before shipping, we accept T/T, L/C payment. The contract we signed will have detailed policies which will ensure your rights, if you want to add any others, please feel free to talk with us.

Different products with different usage, as long as the product is used in the right place and following the instruction book, we have confidence that it can work continuously at least 3 years.

As long as the purchasing quantity reaches a full container, we will offer 1%~3% of the container value as the free spare parts, when you received the cargoes, you already have spare parts for emergency use. If the purchasing quantity less than one container, we could negotiate accordingly.

The delivery time is calculate according to product inquires, such as power supply, frequency and other requirements, usually, the delivery time is 3~7 days for standard products, for special order such as customized order or OEM/ODM order, the delivery time will extend 5~10 days accordingly.
